Show up ready

Arrive a few minutes early, ready to warm up. Pay on the day of your lesson via Venmo @Niko-Gonzalez-20.

Why the intake matters

Niko uses your answers to set up your player's private profile before you arrive: goals, history and any injuries, so the first lesson is spent training — not filling out paperwork.

  • Arm health first: injury history shapes the plan
  • Goals set together and revisited over time
  • Your info stays private to Niko and your family
On the ranch

Good to know before you arrive

Lessons are outdoors on a working ranch. Dress for heat and sun and expect uneven ground. Tell Niko before each lesson about any new arm, shoulder or elbow pain. He may adjust or stop a session for safety.

Niko takes photos and video during lessons to analyze mechanics and track progress, and shares them only with your family. Photos appear on social media or this website only if you opt in, never with your player's name, and you can withdraw permission anytime in writing.
