Meet your coach
The person behind Windmill Pitching Lab.
Niko Gonzalez
Coach Niko Gonzalez is Texas bred. He played at Boerne High School, Midland College and the University of the Incarnate Word, and he has spent the last 16 years coaching. In that time he has helped more than 400 players reach their college goals and has coached over 10 MLB draft picks.
His approach blends old-school technique with new-school technology: sound mechanics and hard work, backed by data and video that show real progress. Lessons happen on a ranch, with room to work and no distractions. Families get a coach who knows the road from youth ball to college, and who will be in your athlete's corner every step of the way.
